great service beautiful interior

Alex provided great service. The owner, Flavio, was also very helpful and guided us through the authentic hotel. The interior was beautiful.

The corridor smelled a bit of dust.

The room was big. The staff was polite and helpful. The location was CENTRAL so getting around was easy.

The MUSIC from outside was loud at night. The elevator looked OLD, though it worked. There was NO restaurant in the hotel..

central location working air conditioning luggage storage

The location offered easy access to the city center. My room included a functional air conditioning system and it worked perfectly. I also appreciated the option to store my luggage after checking out.

The building is old. Therefore the room had a very slight musty odor.

excessive noise weak shower pressure

the central location met my expectations. it was easy to walk to many attractions.

my room overlooked a courtyard and the noise at night was excessive. i could clearly hear conversations from other rooms. the bathroom lacked basic amenities like a proper soap dish and the shower pressure was very weak. housekeeping did not replace used towels, which i found inconvenient.

central location friendly personnel big room thin pillows old lock room service

the location was central i found a spacy room for the price the building had a very nice historical style personnel was very friendly and helpful. gabriella was so kind she helped me with my dog. the room was big and warm i found the price very good for the location and what it offered check-in was fast and the staff was super kind.

i found only two pillows on the bed both were quite thin the lock on the door was old it took some time to work out i was a little worried about a fire. the hotel lacked a bar or restaurant the reception was staffed by international students it felt more like a room rental in a faded classic building.
